Worth noting during shipping ours suffered some surface level issues but Montana was 100% responsive and resolved all issues immediately. They stand behind their work. It's rare to find these days. Aside from an amazing looking firepit, it has a warming trends burner which is the hottest available and steel lids as well for added functionality during the day. You can't ask for anything more. First of all, the fire pit is gorgeous, unlike any I've seen in person. Second of all, the burner is exactly what I wanted. My biggest gripe with many backyard fire pits is that they feel mostly decorative and you don't get much heat. And then they don't get use very often. So I wanted one that felt like a campfire and after extensive research I stumbled upon Montana Fire Pits. I was worried because it was definitely a decent investment but after trying it for the first time I couldn't be happier. I had my eyes set on an open box unit and I needed a couple weeks before I could place the order but I was worried it would get snatched up. I spoke with Kirk and he was so kind to put the unit on hold for me for two weeks. Excellent customer service! Best fire pits ever! We've been enjoying our fire pit every night since it was fully installed. Highly recommend!

Four months after our Montana Fire Pits fire table arrived, we couldn't be happier! After considerable research, I purchased the 76" x 36" 270K BTU natural gas Olympic Fire Table, which has become the focal point of our outdoor patio area. The heavy duty steel construction is built to last forever, the impressive and beautiful flames are mesmerizing, and the ceramic log set adds a realistic touch that really finishes the look. I wanted to finally get a fire pit that will last. All the options I have gotten at the local stores just seem to stop working after a few years. This fire pit is amazing, it weighs a ton and is just build to last, I can tell. It’s not very old yet but the heat and flame is exactly what we wanted. Others all the way up just do not put out much heat. Not this one, very hot. Natural gas fed means no more tanks for me. Very happy.

I purchased the oblique fire pit and wasn’t disappointed in the least. Everything about this fire pit was commercial grade. The cross fire burners are legit and will last a life time. They put off big flames and heat. Even our gas plumber was impressed with this set up. Would highly recommend going with Montana Fire Pits to anyone looking for a professional and aesthetically beautiful fire pit!

Wow, can’t say enough about this great company. Yes, they make probably the best firepits and burners out there, we love ours! But just as important is their customer service. They are on top of things! Remember how American made products and companies used to care about the quality of their products and their customers? Well, how refreshing to find one that still does. You can actually talk to a human being when you call! Kudos to everyone at Montana Fire Pits!

Love my Montana Fire Pit burner! Came just as described, and on time. We went with the 180K BTU Octagonal, hooked to a 1” Natural Gas line, custom built the pit out of stone block. Easy hookup and ready to go, no issues or problems. Wish I had an excuse to build another, but I’ll recommend them to friends and family for sure.

Montana fire pit customer service was exceptional. We needed to replace part of our shipment and it was hasslefree. They were on it extremely quickly and rectified the situation as soon as possible. It’s been a wonderful customer service team to deal with especially Andrea and Kori.

We were looking for a nice fire pit option that had plenty of heat, fit a lot of people and looked modern. We came across Montana Fire Pits and loved the story of the business and the information they make available. We went with a 60 inch Yellowstone in Black with gray lava stones and are blown away with the quality craftsmanship, performance and look. The sales and service team were stellar! We paid for white glove install but if you have a few friends, not needed as the feet install easily. So impressed and thank you!
